Meet Ariana

Ariana Suarez

Ariana Suarez serves as the CEO’s assistant and head of team operations at The Business Growers. She provides high-level support to the CEO and ensures operational efficiency across the organization. Ariana plays a crucial role in maintaining a healthy company culture, organizing company-wide meetings, managing employee onboarding and offboarding, and supporting HR and the CEO with compensation planning.

She collaborates closely with the operations manager to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and oversees team training. She also assists the CEO in developing growth paths for employees and creating actionable plans to achieve annual goals.

With around four years of experience in the marketing industry, Ariana has held various roles, including operations manager at a digital marketing agency in California, project management builder for remote teams, and operations/team management consultant as a freelancer. Her expertise in operations management, project management, team management, education, and training has equipped her with the skills necessary to excel in her current role.

Ariana studied biochemistry at the University of Los Andes in Venezuela and was part of the National Orchestra System of Venezuela as a violist. She is currently enhancing her expertise through the Spyglass Academy for Integrators, focusing on operations management. Additionally, she holds a certification as an accredited radio broadcaster from the Universidad de Los Andes.

Ariana is adept at SOP development, cultural support, and process development. Her comprehensive skill set enables her to contribute effectively to The Business Growers’ operational success and cultural cohesion.

Passionate and eager to learn, Ariana loves marketing for its broad nature, allowing her to develop diverse skills and continuously learn new tools and processes. She enjoys creating efficient workflows, discovering new software, and contributing to team growth.

Outside of work, Ariana loves traveling, meeting new people, learning new languages, dancing, and reading. She is actively involved in community service, participating in various NGOs and projects aimed at helping families with limited resources and supporting kids with disabilities.
