We are a national marketing firm offering various services for technology companies, including branding, website development, design, marketing strategy, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and digital advertising. The company builds upon a framework that evaluates businesses at three levels, from the foundational components of the business to its long-term scalability. Position Status:

This position is exempt from the minimum wage and overtime provisions of the FLSA. This is a full-time position. Full-time employees work at least 40 hours per week. They are eligible to participate in all Company benefits subject to each benefit plan’s terms, conditions, and limitations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all mid to top-tier client account management matters
  • Advise clients on optimizing their marketing operating model, launching a new solution, or providing insights on integrated marketing strategies
  • Provide consulting services to client executives to deliver marketing transformation projects and tangible improvements in top-line growth
  • Deliver quality client services using skills in marketing operating models, digital marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, growth strategy, branding, marketing operations, and industry-specific expertise
  • Advise on current business and industry trends relevant to the client’s business
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and networks
  • Determining client needs by conducting in-person or electronic meetings weekly or monthly to outline client goals and report key metrics
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for assigned clients
  • Oversee the client’s marketing presence and identify areas of improvement
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • Send design, content, and web development tasks to team members as appropriate based on client needs
  • Develop new business/service offerings with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet client goals
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Stay ahead of client content needs and proactively send projects to clients within deadlines
  • Utilize industry best practices to inspire fresh content ideas for clients
  • Collaborate with other client success team members to ensure the timely delivery of materials

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years of work experience in a marketing role at a technology or telecommunications company
  • Must have four years of experience in marketing, customer-driven, and growth projects within the technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining attention to detail
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Excellent knowledge of digital best practices, marketing strategies, and social media management
  • Familiarity with social media and digital platforms, such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, email marketing, and Google+
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Cloud Campaign and Google Analytics
  • Strong computer skills using Google Workspace and Adobe Suites
  • Relevant expertise in determining a target audience and how to cater to unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit, use a computer keyboard and mouse, and view a computer screen for lengthy periods.
