Just for the sake of keeping our business focused, we don’t do public relations work, media buying, video work, direct mailing service or e-mail marketing. We can certainly help point you in the right direction for it, though.
We also don’t offer social media marketing for retail, as we believe retail stores have products and inventory that changes so frequently, they are better off with someone internally to manage their social media.
Do you work out of state or just in Mississippi?
Big ole heck no! We love clients from anywhere!
How do you track progress and ensure your work is productive?
We offer quarterly calls with our clients and quarterly reporting for Social Media. We also offer monthly reporting on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Digital Advertising, so you can see the progress month-to-month.
How often will I receive updates on my account?
Throughout the onboarding process, our project manager will touch base with you frequently to keep you in the loop about everything we are doing on your project to get it up and running. If we are performing an ongoing service for your business, you will receive the opportunity to schedule quarterly reviews at any time and ask any questions you’d like.

What if I want to cancel services?
After the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, all services are considered set in stone. If you wish to cancel, you will be required to pay out the remaining balance of your contract based on the agreement signed.
