Meet Adara
Adara Lovell
Adara Lovell is the Operations Manager at The Business Growers, where she oversees the production team and ensures client deadlines are met while enhancing overall efficiency. In July 2024, Adara earned her Master’s in Strategic Communication from Troy University and is a recently graduated member of the Leadership Rankin program, sponsored by the Rankin County Chamber of Commerce. She holds certifications as a ClickUp Expert, Cloud Campaign Certified, and DMI-Specialist in Search Marketing.
Previously, Adara interned with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she helped plan internal events and conducted research for its 30,000+ employees. She also worked as a graphic designer for the Kennedy Center at Brigham Young University for three and a half years.
While at BYU, Adara served as President of the Southern Student Association, planning events like crawfish boils, tailgates, and Mardi Gras parties. She was actively involved in the Women in Business Association, mentoring students applying to business school programs. Adara holds a Bachelor of Science in Experience Design and Management from Brigham Young University’s Marriott Business School.
