Meet Wellington

Wellington Matias

Wellington is a Graphic Designer at The Business Growers, where he creates websites, branding systems, logos, and a variety of digital materials including ebooks, presentations, infographics, email campaigns, and social media graphics. He also leads creative projects, collaborates with account managers and clients, and helps refine design processes to ensure quality and consistency.

With more than 20 years of experience, Wellington has served as a Creative Director, Marketing Manager, Brand Strategist, and Consultant. He is passionate about building and refreshing brands, developing visual identities, and designing digital experiences that connect with people.

Wellington holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from UAPA and an Associate’s degree in Advertising & Graphic Design from Miami Ad School. He is skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Corel, Figma, and Canva, and stays current with new tools and design trends.

He approaches design with creativity, strategy, and collaboration, aiming to deliver impactful work that helps brands grow. Outside of work, Wellington enjoys playing music, hiking, exploring nature, and caring for his cats and plants. Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, he finds inspiration in the vibrant surroundings of his tropical home.
