Joy Udoh

Joy is the Senior Website Developer at The Business Growers. She combines creativity and technical expertise to build seamless, high-performing websites that strengthen client brands and user experiences. With a background in both law and software engineering, Joy brings strategy, precision, and innovation to every project.
Before joining The Business Growers, Joy served as Chief Technology Officer at a digital agency, leading development projects and guiding teams through complex site builds and migrations. She’s passionate about quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement in every phase of development.
Joy holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the National Open University of Nigeria and completed a software engineering program at ALX Africa. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, hosting a cooking show focused on healthy recipes, and watching sci-fi and crime investigation movies.
