Kathryn DiGennaro, Sara Fey, Hannah Nations and Lauren Hunter add expertise in growing organizations through search engine optimization, telecom-specific marketing support and managing clients in a high-touch agency environment. Prior to joining The Business Growers, Kathryn worked for five years in the telecom industry for a company that offers business fiber internet, VoIP, and managed IT services. During that time, she gained hands-on experience managing the sales team while also succeeding as an integral liaison with the project team. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a minor in marketing from Mississippi State University.
Sara Fey serves as a Client Success Manager. Before joining The Business Growers, Sara honed her skills in marketing within the financial industry for over eight years. In this capacity, she managed diverse projects for internal teams, focusing on marketing and training collateral needs. This experience taught her the intricacies of working within a highly regulated industry where precision and compliance are necessary. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
Hannah Nations serves as a Client Success Manager and Onboarding Specialist. Before joining The Business Growers, Hannah worked in the hospitality industry for nearly three years. During her time in hospitality, she met with clients to plan various events and was responsible for staffing approximately 500 events in 2022. This experience taught her how to work in a fast-paced environment and exceed client expectations. Hannah is a magna cum laude graduate of Mississippi State University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in business and communication.
Lauren Hunter serves as the SEO and SEM Product Manager. She wields over 10 years of combined experience in search engine optimization, content marketing and e-commerce across various industries, including legal, health, non-profit, tech, entertainment, travel and lifestyle. As an expert in performance marketing and conversion optimization, Lauren helps clients achieve data-backed goals set on solid metrics.
